Our Newtown House building in Nottingham offers student accommodation that's ideal for a more independent lifestyle. Its range of modern studios include all you need in one self-contained living space, with a bed, study area, en suite shower and kitchenette. This building also offers a range of social and study spaces, including a gym, games area and a spacious lounge.
Newtown House is convenient for Nottingham Trent University, a 12-minute walk away, and puts you close to all the amenities of the city centre. You can also reach the University of Nottingham by bus in around 17 minutes. Regular social events on site also offer the chance to meet the rest of our international student community.
Our cinema is getting a makeover, with new furniture to help you relax in style. We’re also replacing one of our pool tables with extra seating so you’ve got more space to chill with your mates.

How do I book?
Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.
What do I need to bring?
You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
