Arts University Plymouth

One of the few remaining specialist art universities left in the UK, Arts University Plymouth has a history that stretches back to 1856. Its suitably stylish campus caters for around 2,000 students, providing an intimate higher education experience across a wide range of creative courses.

Their campus features a specialist art, craft and digital design centre launched in 2014 that was created with £8m of investment. The on-campus fab lab, Fab Lab South West, features the latest in digital design technology while their Equipment Resource Centre has over 6,500 pieces of kit for students to loan out, from digital to analogue, for use in the fields of moving image, sound, games and animation.

Opportunities to study internationally through the Turing Scheme gives students the chance for a global learning experience.

Our Astor House building is in a great central location with views over Plymouth Hoe, and is just a 10-minute walk from campus. With everything from a sky lounge to a games room and surfboard storage, it offers truly excellent student living.
