  2. They book their chosen room at iQ Shoreditch online, entering your resident ID and the promo code
  3. After they have moved in, you will both receive a £100 cashback card

Refer a Friend cashback is paid on top of any other cashback offers that are available when you and your friends book.

How will I receive my cashback?

Your cashback will be in the form of a pre-loaded cashback card.

When will I be paid the cashback?

Payment will be made by 31st December 2019, as long as your friend’s booking complies with the terms of the Refer a Friend offer.

Can the Refer a Friend offer be used with a booking cashback offer?

Yes, referred friends will still be eligible to receive any cashback offer available at the time of booking, as long as they enter both codes.

Is there a limit on how many people I can recommend to live at iQ?

No, but all recommendations must be made before 31st August 2019.

Can I refer someone who has lived with iQ before?

Yes, but you (and they) won’t be eligible for cashback unless they make a booking to live with iQ again in 2019/20.

Can I refer someone who is currently living with iQ?

Yes, but you (and they) won’t be eligible for cashback unless they make a booking to live with iQ again in 2019/20.

Will I still receive cashback if my friend cancels their booking?

No. Sorry.

Who is eligible to claim this offer?

Any iQ residents in 2017/18, 2018/19, or those who have booked to live in 2019/20, can refer friends using this offer.

Can I apply the Refer a Friend offer to an existing booking?

No, if a booking has been made and a Refer a Friend promo code was not entered at the time of booking, we can't add this retrospectively.

I didn’t have my friend’s resident ID at the time I booked. Can I add this later?

You can add your referrer’s name and resident ID to your existing 2019/20 booking, as long as you do this by 31st August 2019. After this date, no amendments can be made.
