2020/21 Resident Booking Offer Terms and Conditions

THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY IQSA SERVICES LIMITED TRADING AS iQ STUDENT ACCOMMODATION AND APPLIES TO THE 2020/2021 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.

Definitions:

‘You’ means the applicant for a tenancy for the 2020/21 tenancy year.

‘Resident’ means an individual who is currently living in an iQ property for the academic year 19/20.

‘Resident booking’ means a 2019/20 resident that has booked directly at an iQ Property for the academic year 2020/21.

‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited acting as property managers on behalf of the iQ Group.

‘Offer’ means any combination of New Booker incentives.

‘Nominations Agreement’ means a referral agreement between iQ Group and a participating University.

‘Guarantor’ means an individual responsible for putting right any breaches of tenancy, including non-payment of rent if the tenant fails in their responsibilities.

‘Completed booking’ means all parts of the booking are complete including signed/accepted Tenancy Agreement and accepted Guarantor Documentation.

‘iQ Property’ means a property managed by IQSA Services Limited.

‘Promotional Code’ means the unique code used at the point of booking to validate cashback Offer.

‘Tenancy Takeovers’ means where another resident takes over the Tenancy Agreement in the event You cancel your booking with Us.

Cashback terms of offer

  • You must be a 2019/20 resident, have created a 2020/21 booking and have checked in for 2020/21.
  • You must have booked a room for a minimum of 34 weeks with the named property in order to qualify for the Offer, unless stated otherwise.
  • This Offer excludes bookings for the 2020/21 academic year referred through a Nominations Agreement.      
  • You must enter a valid resident booking promotional code in the applicable field at the time of completing Your booking.  Promotional codes cannot be applied retrospectively.
  • Bookings made without a valid promotional code will not be eligible to receive benefits of the Offer. Note: some offers only apply to bookings with specific tenancy lengths, room types or university attended. Refer to the offers table here for more detail.
  • The Offer will be supplied to You when the following conditions are met: -    You are up to date with your rent instalments and any other outstanding iQ fees as at 1 November 2020, or; -    You have paid your rent in full for the entire year. If you do not meet the above conditions by 1 November 2020, you will not be eligible for the Offer.
  • The Offer starts on the date as stated in the Offers table here.
  • This offer can be applied in conjunction with Refer a Friend (RAF) promotions. You will still be required to enter a valid RAF promo code at the time of booking alongside the resident booking code.
  • The Offer is only applicable to You as the 2019/20 resident and is non-transferable. In cases where a room is booked with dual occupancy, only the lead booker is eligible for the Offer.
  • The Offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
  • The Offer is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable between iQ Properties.
  • Cashback payment will be made in the form of a voucher or a pre-paid payment card, no later than 31st December 2020, or at a subsequent later date if for operational reasons we have not been able to facilitate dispatch of the cards to those qualifying. If this is the case, we will notify you no later than 31st December with an estimate of the revised date of despatch. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.
  • The decision to pay the Offer is at the absolute discretion of IQSA Services Limited.
  • We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the Offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion.
  • Offers do not apply to Tenancy Takeovers.
  • Use of any voucher or pre-paid payment card is subject to the terms and conditions of the voucher or card issuer. IQSA Services Limited will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.
  • The Cashback is not available to IQSA Services Limited employees.
  • The following terms and conditions apply in conjunction with the Laundry Offer (at select sites only) – See our offers table here.

    Cashback & laundry terms of offer

    1. The Laundry Offer starts on the date as stated in the Offers table here.
    2. Any Resident Booking for 2020/21 during the offer period will receive laundry credit once checked in and validated for 2020/21.
    3. This offer can be applied in conjunction with Refer a Friend (RAF) promotion. You will still be required to enter a valid RAF promotional code at the time of booking.
    4. The Offer is subject to availability and can be withdrawn at any time without notice.
    5. The Offer is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable between iQ Properties.
    6. The Laundry Offer will be redeemable via laundry credits on the Circuit Laundry App.
    7. The Circuit Laundry App will be credited as per the terms stated in the Offers table here.
    8. You must download the app and register to gain access to your free laundry credits. Your Circuit Laundry account will initially be credited when you check in.
    9. Once the tenancy has ended you will cease to receive any further credit.
    10. The Laundry Offer will be credited to the Circuit Laundry App when the Booker checks in at the relevant iQ property, or at a subsequent later date if for operational reasons we have not been able to facilitate the credits to those qualifying. If this is the case, we will notify you with an estimate of the revised date. We reserve the right to pay by alternative methods. Any alternative payment method requests will not be granted.
