Why choose iQ Brocco in Sheffield?

iQ Brocco offers well-located student accommodation in Sheffield, with en suites, self-contained apartments and studios. Enjoy fun social spaces like a games room, lounge, cinema and communal kitchens - perfect places to socialise and make new friends. You'll also have full use of the gym at iQ Fenton House.

The building is just a 16-minute walk to the University of Sheffield and Sheffield Hallam University and is located near local shops, high streets and lots more student-friendly hotspots.

During the 2025/26 and 2026/27 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of iQ Brocco. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team is on site and on hand 24/7 to support you, and will keep you updated about the works.
