Located just off busy London Road with its many shops and restaurants, it has a wide range of rooms with en suite shower, bed and study area. There are also self-contained studios with their own kitchenette, living space, double bed and shower.
A lounge and roof terrace offer nice spots to relax, and you can catch up on coursework in our study areas. Regular social events offer great opportunities to meet your fellow residents. It's easy to reach the University of Brighton on foot, or catch a bus to the University of Sussex campus.

How do I book?
Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.
What do I need to bring?
You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
