THE BUILDING

Fountainbridge

Fountainbridge offers a range of student rooms and studios in central Edinburgh, with good social facilities and transport links to the city's universities.

Featuring a gym, cinema and spacious lounge, Fountainbridge provides well-equipped student accommodation in Edinburgh, just 10 minutes' walk from Haymarket train station. The building has a range of en suite rooms with shared kitchens and living areas, as well as self-contained studios where all you need is in one place. Regular events also take place on site, where you can meet your fellow residents.

Nearby bus links will take you to most university campuses, or you can walk to the University of Edinburgh in around 25 minutes. It's easy to reach a range of Edinburgh landmarks too, with Princes Street Gardens, the Scottish National Gallery and the National Museum of Scotland all within walking distance.

During the 2024/25 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of Fountainbridge. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team are on site and on hand 24/7 to support you, and will keep you updated about the works.
