BOOK 6 WEEKS AND GET 1 WEEK FREE FOR SUMMER BOOKINGS 2025

THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY IQSA SERVICES LIMITED TRADING AS iQ STUDENT ACCOMMODATION 

Definitions:

‘Eligible Room’ means a room at the Included Property which is included in this promotion.

‘HEI’ means a Higher Education Institution, including Universities.

'Included Properties’ means any of the properties owned and operated by iQ Group and ‘Included Property’ shall have the associated meaning.

‘iQ Group’ means IQSA Holdco Limited, IQSA 2 Holdco Limited and their respective subsidiaries.

‘iQ Property’ means a property managed by IQSA Services Limited or IQSA 2 Services Limited. 

‘Offer’ means that if You make a Summer Booking for You directly with iQ, for a minimum of six (6) weeks (or any longer period), You will receive one week for free. For the avoidance of doubt, the last week of the Summer Booking will be free and will be refunded post check-in subject to the terms below. 

‘Summer Period’ means applicable dates between May – September 2025 (specific dates for each Included Property may vary).

‘Summer Booking' means a completed booking for the Summer Period at the Included Property, pursuant to which (i) You have signed a summer licence with iQ which is accepted, (ii)  you have paid the licence fee in full, and (v) have checked-in.

 ‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited or IQSA 2 Services Limited acting as property managers on behalf of the iQ Group, and ‘Our’ has the associated meaning.

‘You’ means the applicant for a licence / tenancy (as applicable) for the Summer Period at an Included Property.

Terms of Offer:

  1. To be eligible for the Offer, You must:
    1. have made a Summer Booking for a minimum of 6 weeks for an Eligible Room during the Summer Period;
    2. have paid for the Booking in full; and
    3. not owe the iQ Group any other fees.
  2. You will not be eligible for the Offer if you have:
    1. made your Booking or booked your Summer Stay through a HEI (including via a referral);
    2. not entered into a tenancy agreement / summer licence (as applicable) directly with iQ (for the avoidance of doubt this includes any circumstances where a HEI or any other third party has acted as an agent of iQ).
  3. The Offer is only applicable to Summer Bookings completed after 7 May 2025 and before 31 August 2025.
  4. The refund for the free week in the Offer will be made to You around one week after check-in.
  5. The Offer is only applicable to You and is non-transferable. In cases where a room is booked with dual occupancy, only the lead booker is eligible for the Offer.
  6. The Offer can be used in conjunction with Our cashback promotions.
  7. If You request to be released from your tenancy agreement / licence agreement (as applicable) and We accept such request (“Tenancy Release”), We reserve the right to rescind this offer and/or deduct the value of any payment received from any Tenancy Release related refund.
  8. The Offer is issued on a per property basis and is not transferable between iQ Properties.
  9. The Offer is subject to availability and We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the Offer for another with different terms for any reason, at any time and without notice.
  10. The Offer is not available to IQSA Services Limited employees or IQSA 2 Services Limited employees.
  11. We will not be liable for any loss or damages as a result of participating in this incentive.
