Think Green Week Competition – Terms & Conditions
THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY IQSA SERVICES LIMITED TRADING AS iQ STUDENT ACCOMMODATION AND APPLIES TO THE 2023/24 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.
DEFINITIONS:
‘You’ means the entrant of the competition and a tenant at a property operated by iQ Student Accommodation for the 2023/24 academic year, commencing 01/09/2023 (the “Academic Year").
‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited acting as Property Managers.
‘The Offer’ means the Think Green week competition.
Terms of the Offer
By entering this competition, You agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.
• The Offer begins at 00:00 on 20/11/2023.
• The Offer ends at 23:59 on 26/11/2023 (the “Offer End Date”).
• To be eligible to win a Prize, You must:
be a current resident for the Academic Year at iQ Student Accommodation;
Comment with what you pledge to do to help make a change for a greener future/iQ under one of iQs giveaway posts published during the week and tag your iQ flatmate.
Have paid all fees and charges due on your account (“Eligibility Criteria”).
• The winners of the prizes will receive their prize within 30 working days of the end of the draw. You may only win one prize during the Offer. A valid iQ resident number or proof of residence in an iQ property for 2023/24 must be presented to claim the prize. The winners will be chosen via a random digitally automated prize draw.
• We will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using Instagram Direct Message details provided when entering. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the prize and We will issue the prize to a new winner selected.
• By entering the Offer, you consent to Us using your personal data for the purposes of administering the competition in accordance with our Privacy Policy and UK data protection legislation. Winners agree to the use of his/her name in any publicity material.
• The names of any prize winners will be available 28 days after closing date by emailing the following address: win@iqstudent.com
• We reserve the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to You or any third party or to Us.
• This offer is not open to employees of iQ Student Accommodation or their families.
• No correspondence will be entered into concerning this Offer except to contact the winner.
• The decision to offer the incentive is at the absolute discretion of IQSA Services Limited.
