Think Green Week: Let’s Get Quizzical Terms and Conditions 

Terms of the Competition: 

By participating in this competition, you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions: 

  1. Definitions: 

The following capitalised terms have the following meaning when used in these terms and conditions: 

Academic Year – the 2024/25 academic year, commencing 01 September 2024. 

Competition - Think Green Week 2024: Let’s Get Quizzical. 

Competition Period -  The period beginning at 13:00 on 07 October 2024 and ending at 23:59 on 11 October 2024. 

Eligibility Criteria – The criteria set out in clause 4. 

iQ Group - IQSA Holdco Limited, IQSA 2 Holdco Limited and their respective subsidiaries. 

Notification – Has the meaning given to such term in clause 5. 

Us or We - IQSA Services Limited and IQSA 2 Services Limited acting as Property Managers on behalf of the iQ Group. 

Prize: an eco-friendly prize. 

Quiz: a daily quiz during the Competition Period, run via a poll on our Instagram page, that challenge knowledge on sustainable practices and environmental impact.  

You - The entrant of the quiz and a tenant at a property operated by Us for the Academic Year. 

  1. Eligibility Criteria: To be eligible to win a Prize, You must: 
  2. Be a current resident for the current Academic Year at an iQ Group property on the date the Prize is drawn; 
  3. Be following Our Instagram page: @iqstudents on the date the Prize is drawn; 
  4. Have answered the poll question correctly in the Quiz for that day;  
  5. Have paid all fees and charges due on your account with Us on the date the Prize is drawn; and 
  6. Have not already won a Prize in this Competition. 

  1. Prizes: Each day during the Competition Period, participants in the Quiz who answer the Quiz correctly and meet the eligibility criteria in clause 2 will be entered into a draw to win one of three Prizes for that day. 

  1. Prize Draw: 

  1. Winners will be chosen at random from all the correct answers to the Quiz received each day and, in order to claim the Prize You must: 
  2. meet the Eligibility Criteria set out in clause 2; 
  3. provide a valid iQ resident number or proof of residence in an iQ property for the Academic Year within 14 days of the Notification; and 
  4. respond to the Notification within 14 days. 
  5. If the winner does not meet the Eligibility Criteria the winner forfeits the right to claim the prize, and We will select a new winner. Provided the winner meets the Eligibility Criteria, the Prize will be distributed within 30 working days of the end of the Competition Period. 

  1. Winner Notification: We will make reasonable efforts to contact the winners using direct messaging on Instagram.  

  1. Personal Data: By participating in the competition, You consent to Us using your personal data for the purposes of administering the competition in accordance with Our Privacy Policy (accessible here: https://www.iqstudentaccommodation.com/privacy-policy) and applicable UK data protection legislation. If You win a Prize, You agree to the use of Your names in publicity material. 

  1. Competition Rights:  

  1. We reserve the right to cancel, amend, terminate, or temporarily suspend this Competition at any time with no liability to You or any third party. We will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from participation in the Competition. 
  2. This Competition is not open to employees of iQ Student Accommodation or their families. We will not be obliged to respond to any communications in respect of the Competition, except for contacting the winners. 

  1. Third Parties: Redemption of the Prizes may be subject to third party terms and conditions. You acknowledge and agree that we will have no responsibility or liability in connection with (i) Your use or redemption (or any third parties’ use or redemption) of the prizes, (ii) the actions or omissions of any other third party, and (iii) Your or any other persons’ dealings with any third party concerning the Prize. 

  1. Promoter Information: This Competition is promoted by IQSA Services Limited, Registered Office: iQ Student Accommodation, 2 More London Pl, London SE1 2JP.
