THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY IQSA SERVICES LIMITED TRADING AS iQ STUDENT ACCOMMODATION AND APPLIES TO THE 2021/2022 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.
Definitions:
‘Booking’ means a completed booking for the 2021/22 academic year which requires You to sign a tenancy agreement with iQ which is accepted, pay a booking fee (if applicable) and for all guarantor documentation to be provided and accepted.
‘iQ Group’ means IQSA Holdco Limited and its subsidiaries.
‘iQ Property’ means a property managed by IQSA Services Limited.
‘Offer’ means a maximum of two weeks stay for free prior to the start of your 2021/22 academic year booking contract start date, no earlier.
‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited acting as property managers on behalf of the iQ Group.
“Offer Property” means iQ Abacus House, iQ Aldgate, iQ Alice House, iQ Aspley House, iQ Bankside, iQ Bloomsbury, iQ Bristol, iQ Brocco, iQ Castings, iQ Century Square, iQ City, iQ Exchange, iQ Fenton House, iQ Great Newton House, iQ Grosvenor House, iQ Hammersmith, iQ Highbury, iQ Hoxton, iQ Kerria Apartments, iQ Kingston, iQ Lambert & Fairfield House, iQ Leeds, iQ Little Aspley House, iQ Magenta House, iQ Newland House, iQ Newtown House, iQ Paris Gardens, iQ Penworks House, iQ Raffles House, iQ Sawmills, iQ Shoreditch, iQ Studios 51, iQ Tufnell House, iQ Warehouse One, iQ Warehouse Two, iQ Weaver Place, and iQ Wilmslow Park.
Terms of offer:
1. To be eligible for this Offer, you must:
- (a) have completed a Booking for the 2021/22 academic year at an Offer Property for a minimum of 34 weeks with the contract start date in September 2021
- (b) not have completed a booking with iQ previous to the 2021/22 academic year; and
- (c) have informed the Offer Property of your intention to arrive early (either directly or via your agent) at least two weeks before your check-in and early arrival has been confirmed in writing by iQ.
2. You will be eligible for the Offer when You have paid your first rent instalment prior to your arrival.
3. The Offer starts on 14th June 2021 and expires on 30th September 2021.
4. This Offer can be applied in conjunction with New booker and Refer a Friend (RAF) promotions.
5. The Offer is only applicable to You and is non-transferable.
6. Should you satisfy the eligibility criteria set out in these terms and conditions, you will not be charged to reside at relevant iQ Property for the two week period immediately prior to your Tenancy Start Date.
7. Room allocation will be subject to availability, it is not guaranteed that you will be allocated the same room as your 2021/22 academic year booking.
8. Two weeks free stay must be in the same Offer Property you have booked for the 2021/22 academic year.
9. The decision to grant the Offer is at our absolute discretion and it is subject to availability and we reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute the Offer for another with different terms at any time and without notice during this promotion.
