UK card payments
Students with UK credit or debit cards can log into the iQ resident portal or the iQ app to make a card payment.
We accept Visa, Visa Debit, Visa Electron, Mastercard, Debit Mastercard.
UK card payments with Opayo
To pay your rent, follow these steps:
iQ resident portal
- Log in to the iQ resident portal on the website
- Navigate to Services and click on Account & Pay
- Click the Pay button
iQ app
- Log in to the iQ app
- Navigate to Browse in the bottom menu and click on Pay
From there, you can view your payments and choose the amount you want to pay. You’ll see a list of available payment options. To pay with a UK bank card, select UK card payment and follow the steps to complete your payment through our partner, Opayo.
- Select the instalment and amount you wish to pay
- Enter the billing address where your card is registered
- Choose your card type and enter your card details
- Complete the 3D Secure verification
