All-inclusive bills at iQ

Student life Student accommodation

The transition from living at home to student accommodation can be intimidating - especially if you need to start paying your own bills.

At iQ, you benefit from an all-inclusive bills package. This means you won’t have to worry too much about when and how much to pay each month when living with us.

'All-inclusive' meaning

So, what does ‘all-inclusive’ mean in terms of your bills?

This basically means all your bills and core amenities are included in your price-per-week rent. Utilities such as water, electricity, council tax, internet and gas are just some of the bills included in the rent total amount.

This is different from having to pay each bill separately if you rent independently or from having to calculate and split bills among flatmates.

What's covered in an all-inclusive bills package at iQ?

Enjoy peace of mind knowing the majority of your bills are included in your iQ rent. Our all-inclusive bills package covers the following amenities in this list:

  • Rent
  • Electricity
  • Gas
  • Water
  • Wifi

Plus, contents insurance is also included in the bills package, meaning you don’t have to worry about covering the cost of your belongings in case something happens to them (but don’t forget to register with Endsleigh to make sure you’re covered).

Your price-per-week rent includes all your bills, so you’ll pay the amount as one collective payment. This way there’s no need to fuss over multiple payment dates or direct debits.

Benefits of the all-inclusive bills package

Besides the convenience of not having to calculate separate bills each month, there are a few other benefits of an all-inclusive bills package.

  • Your utilities are already set up so you don’t have to worry about new contracts
  • Predictable monthly expenses allow you to budget more efficiently
  • Eliminates potential conflict about splitting bills
  • No monthly calculations save time and reduce human error

iQ offers all-inclusive bills at an agreed rent price, so you don’t have to worry about unexpectedly paying more down the line. What you sign up for is what you get. Learn more about money saving tips for students here.
