Why live at iQ? Our residents' views
Of course, we could give you all the reasons we think living at iQ is great… but hearing the views of real students can be a great help when choosing your student accommodation. We’ve collected some of our own residents’ opinions on their experience of living at iQ below.
Rooms range from renovated to okay condition (Bronze En Suite). I live in bronze that is the cheapest alternative. The room has taken a bit of wear over the years but it's not bad at all.
Services included: 1. Parcel notification by mail. You can pick up your parcel with your email by showing it at the reception. 2. Maintenance request: report problems with your room or flat to online to get them fixed.
There is also a gym that's great for running and also equipped with a few machines and dumbbells.
In the social area you'll find fridges, pool table, table tennis, sofas etc.
Overall I think it's one of the best places to live as a student in Bradford. I get to live close to Uni and get more value for money than The Green, thanks to the 100mbps of network that is included. (Wireless and cable).

Very lovely staff and a perfectly laid out studio. The staff is available all day and security is available all night. An expensive place but it's worth it. A noisy neighbourhood but you can call the security to sort things out. Very safe place to be in.

Great student accommodation. Staff are second to none and seem to show genuine care towards residents. Great little perks like Wednesday breakfast rolls etc and moving in day was very easy last year with the help of the university rugby club to carry boxes etc.

Living here has been really good personally. Despite having so many students, I don't find myself having sound complaints and the reception staff are really helpful and friendly. It feels safe and secure, and I like having an en-suite. I’d prefer it to be closer to town personally, but that won't be an issue for a lot of people.

I am an international student that came to Plymouth (Astor house) not knowing no one. Astor made me feel at home, and really helped me with my personal and academic performance. Highly recommended, big shout out to Luis at reception, legend!!!

My experience in Grosvenor House is pretty well. The room is big, and the orientation of the room is perfect. Because the sunshine can go through the window. The service of the room is efficient because of their repair speed. When I arrived the accommodation I found the shower cannot providing enough water for me to have a bath. After about two days, the problem was solved. I am very satisfied with the hot water in the room now and I want give them five stars evaluation.

Elgin Place is a great place to live, with loads of fab facilities like the gym, amphitheatre and games room! Staff are super helpful, and help with anything that’s bothering us or concerning us! they also do so much for us that they don’t have to, like giving us free food and cleaning our shared kitchen! Fab place to live and would recommend it to anyone moving to Glasgow to study ☺️?

As an Erasmus student from France, I love this place! Very near of the Northumbria University, from SuperMarket and of course, Pubs ?
The staff is very friendly and always has a smile. I recommend very strongly this accommodation which has a cinema room, a pool table, a ping-pong, etc... Best accommodation of Newcastle!
