THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY IQSA SERVICES LIMITED TRADING AS iQ STUDENT ACCOMMODATION AND APPLIES TO THE 2022/23 ACADEMIC YEAR ONLY.
DEFINITIONS:
‘You’ means the entrant of the competition and a tenant at a property operated by iQ Student Accommodation for the 2022/23 academic year commencing 27th August 2022 (the “Academic Year").
‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited acting as Property Managers.
‘The Offer’ means the move-in survey voucher competition
Terms of Offer
• The Offer begins at [00:00] on the 5th September 2022.
• The Offer ends at 23:59 on the 30th of October 2022. (the “Offer End Date”)
• Each applicant will have a limited window to complete the Check-in survey. This window will be communicated on receipt of the survey via email.
• To be eligible to win, You must be a current resident for the Academic Year, complete the Check-in survey and to have paid all fees and charges up to the time of the closure date of the competition (“Eligibility Criteria”).
• If you meet the Eligibility Criteria [and confirm your desire to participate in the Offer as part of your submission of the Check in survey], you will be entered into the draw to win one of 20 x £20 Amazon vouchers.
• The winners of the vouchers will receive their prize by 31st December 2022. Only one prize per winner. The winners will be chosen via a random prize draw conducted by Mustard, a marketing research agency, acting on behalf of iQSA Services Limited.
• We will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using the email address you have provided us. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the prize and We will issue the prize to a new winner selected.
• We reserve the right to cancel, amend, terminate or temporarily suspend this competition at any time with no liability to You or any third party or to Us.
• This offer is not open to employees of iQ Student Accommodation or their families.
• No cash amount will be paid to the applicant or alternative incentives substituted.
• No correspondence will be entered into concerning this Offer except to contact the winner.
• Only one entry per person.
• The decision to offer the incentive is at the absolute discretion of IQSA Services Limited.
