Rethink where you live terms and conditions

iQ is offering students with bookings elsewhere discount to change their minds and book with iQ (the “Offer”) 

1. The Offer is exclusively for students who have booked with another provider for the 2020/21 academic year but have the right to cancel the booking and pay a cancellation fee (“Eligible Booker”). iQ will credit your rental account with an amount equal to your cancellation fee up to the value of £250 (the “Relevant Amount”) provided that:
   1. You are an Eligible Booker;
   2. You cancel a pre-existing booking with another provider for the 2020/21 academic year, you confirm you have the right to cancel your pre-existing booking
   3. You choose a tenancy length with iQ of a minimum of 39 weeks; and
   4. You can provide evidence that you have the right to cancel and have paid a cancellation fee to another accommodation provider to cancel your existing booking on iQ’s request.
2. The iQSA Group accepts no liability for the contractual obligations or fees enforced by any other provider. It is your sole responsibility to ensure you have the ability to cancel your existing booking and the IQSA Group shall have no liability for the contractual obligations or fees enforced by any third party.
3. Your iQ rent account will be credited, once you have shown that you have cancelled with another provider, completed relevant check in requirements and paid your first instalment (or paid in full in the event you have decided to pay your rent in one instalment).  In the event you have decided to pay your rent in full in one instalment, you will be refunded the Relevant Amount before 31st December 2020.
4. The iQSA Group reserves the right to cancel or amend any or all part of the Offer and its terms and conditions without notice for any reason. Any bookings in the course of completion and commenced before the withdrawal of the Offer will be honoured subject to the continued availability of rooms.
5. This Offer is not open to employees of iQSA Services Limited or their families.
6. Nothing in this Offer or these terms and conditions should be construed as an inducement for you to breach any contract that you have entered into with any third party and you should check the terms of your contract carefully.
7. The decision to offer the incentive is at the absolute discretion of the iQSA Group and it may amend or revoke this Offer at any time.
