Resident Black Friday Prize Draw Terms and Conditions
THIS PROMOTION IS MANAGED AND OPERATED BY IQSA SERVICES LIMITED TRADING AS iQ STUDENT ACCOMMODATION
Definitions
‘You’ means the applicant for a tenancy for the 2021/22 academic year.
‘Resident’ means an individual who is currently living in an iQ property for the 2020/21 academic year.
‘Us’ or ‘We’ means IQSA Services Limited acting as property managers on behalf of the iQ Group.
‘HEI’ means a Higher Education Institution, including Universities.
‘iQ Property’ means a property managed by IQSA Services Limited.
Black Friday Prize Draw terms and conditions
1. Eligible Participants will be automatically entered into the Draw to win a speaker, TV, coffee machine and food blender if you book a room at an iQ Property between 00:01 GMT on 24th November 2020 and 23:59 GMT on 1st December 2020.
2. To be eligible to enter the Draw, you must:
a. Be a Resident;
b. Book a room at an iQ Property for the 2021/22 academic year for a minimum of 34 weeks;
c. have paid all rent instalments due on the date of the Draw and any other fees owed to iQ or have paid your rent in full for the entire year.
d. have opted in to receive marketing communications from us.

3. Customers will not be eligible for this promotion if they have booked their accommodation through an HEI (including via a referral) or have not entered into a Tenancy Agreement directly with iQ (for the avoidance of doubt this includes any circumstances where an HEI or any other third party has acted as an agent of iQ).
4. There will be five winners selected at random amongst all Eligible Participants. The draw will take place on 18th December 2020 (the “Draw”).
5. The winner will be notified by email no later than one month after the Draw has taken place.
6. We will use reasonable endeavours to contact the winners using information You have provided us. If a winner does not respond within 14 days of the first notification, then the winner forfeits the right to claim the prize and we will issue the prize to another winner randomly selected as a backup at the time of the Draw.
7. To receive your prize, you must check in to a room at an iQ Property for the 2021/22 academic year.
8. Prizes will be delivered to winners at their iQ Property within 1 month of their 2021/22 Tenancy Start Date.
9. No cash amount will be paid or alternative incentives substituted.
10. The decision to reward Prizes is at the absolute discretion of IQSA Services Limited.
11. We reserve the right to withdraw, modify or substitute Prizes for another with at any time and without notice during this promotion.
