My experience in student accommodation IQ sterling is fantastic, living in a silver studio. There is enough privacy and space for a person. Also, the additional services that they provide is amazing like the coffee facility and movie night💗

I enjoyed my stay at IQ Sterling Court and plan to stay next year here as well. The location is great, it just 20 minutes to my campus making it easier to attend morning classes. Tesco and the M&S is also quite close . It is also very good location for after SU nights as you can get home quickly.

The security and staff are very friendly, the reception staff are always there to help you. The post being collected by reception is very helpful, as you never have to stay in to collect them. The maintenance guy is super quick and helpful, and gets things fixed on the next working day most of the time.

I feel safe living here and have no concerns. I am happy with it. Overall I think it is a modern, well staffed environment that is close to campus, providing a comfortable housing for students.

i booked my room through English Path and arrived a day earlier than planned. Upon arrival, the site manager assured me that I could check in, which was a great relief. The reception area offered a delightful atmosphere with complimentary tea, coffee, sandwiches, and cookies.

I was warmly welcomed by the staff with a red carpet and the words, 'Welcome to your new home,' which truly meant a lot to me. The porter kindly assisted me with my luggage, and I found my room to be clean and beautifully prepared.
