How to use the iQ app

Most of the services you can take advantage of when you stay at iQ Student Accommodation are managed using the iQ app. This means that everything's in one place, handily on your phone or device, and you don't need to remember different logins or people to speak to.

What can you do with the iQ app?

The iQ app was created to make things as easy and convenient as possible for you at your student accommodation. Here’s what you can do when you use the app: 

• Check in on arrival
• Receive notifications of parcels waiting for you
• Check availability of machines in the launderette
• Log maintenance questions
• Ask a question or raise a complaint
• Read all the latest information about life at iQ
• Check the balance of your rent account and make payments
• Arrange room cleaning
• Check out 

How to use the iQ app 

• Download the app from the App Store or Google Play by searching for iQ Student Accommodation. You can also get it from the QR code on our iQ app page. It’s free to download.
• At the login screen, log in using your email and password (the same one you use to manage your online account). 
• You should now be in the app, where you can manage all of your services in one handy place.

You can check the ‘keep me signed in’ box if you’re not on a shared device and want to stay logged in. Keep this box unchecked if you’re on a shared device and want to keep your info safe.

Remember, you’ll need an internet connection to use the app. Luckily, there’s fast wifi at all of our properties as standard, so you should have no problems getting connected at your iQ Student Accommodation.

What to do if you forget your password

If you forget the password to login to your iQ app, reset it by choosing the ‘Forgot Password’ link on the login screen. You’ll need the email address, and access to the email account, that you registered with when you signed up.
