How much student accommodation in Leeds costs will depend on your housing type and if you pay monthly utility bills in private accommodation. For example, it may be more expensive to live in a studio or 1-bedroom flat alone compared to shared student accommodation. On average, you can expect to pay between £350 and £950 per month. Average utilities per person usually cost £75 per month.

At iQ, there are only so many rooms in each building, so once all rooms are booked up, you’ll need to look at another location. The central locations of our buildings mean that they can sometimes go pretty quickly, so it’s worth looking for accommodation well in advance to secure the room that you want. 

To secure your accommodation when you book, you’ll need to pay a booking fee, which holds your room for 15 days. In these 15 days, you’ll need to sign your tenancy agreement and guarantor agreement. Your booking fee will be treated as payment towards your first rent payment and credited to your account.
