All iQ sites have at least one social area – indeed, many have more – where you can get together with your fellow residents. Many sites have a gym, cinema and TV and games lounges, and there are regular social events. You can also share a flat with your friends.

It’s important you feel safe in your home, so each iQ site is manned around the clock, and equipped with CCTV and key fob access systems to ensure a high level of security at all times. There’s secure storage for your bike at most sites too.
Well located
No one wants to spend hours on the bus, so we choose our site locations carefully, making sure they’re conveniently close to university campuses and local amenities alike – saving you money on travel, and cutting your commute.
Easy to study
While it’s great to enjoy yourself during your university years, we don’t forget the reason you’re here. Most sites have dedicated communal study zones, and every room includes a study area of its own with a desk, chair and storage, so you can work when it suits you.
Fast maintenance
In some student housing, if something goes wrong, breaks or stops working, you could be waiting for weeks, months or even forever to get it fixed. Not at iQ – just let us know and our dedicated onsite maintenance team will get onto it fast, and keep you in the loop.
