New to iQ: Weaver Place, Coventry

A brand new iQ property is joining our ranks next year. We’re pleased to be arriving in Coventry for the first time, with Weaver Place located in the city centre. And yes, it really is brand new – a new-build property with fresh new facilities and never-before-lived-in rooms.

The building will feature a large internal courtyard area with lawns, giving residents a lovely outdoor chillout space. The interiors are impressively light and modern, from the central atrium housing the new reception area, to the big social spaces. You will find an onsite gym (free to use for our residents), a games room and large lounge and study areas.

Weaver Place has been designed and built with the needs of students in mind, so we’re confident you’ll have everything you need. That includes the usual iQ facilities like onsite laundry and free WiFi.

The location of Weaver Place is another big plus – on the corner of Lamb Street and Bishop Street, it’s only a 10-minute walk from Coventry University and many of the city centre amenities are closer still. It’s easy to hop on a bus to the University of Warwick too – the journey can take less than 30 minutes.
