iQ Leeds

Why choose iQ Leeds?

iQ Leeds offers private student accommodation north of Leeds city centre, featuring en suites, spacious studios and a range of recently refurbished study and social areas including a TV, pool table, ping-pong table and gym. Take advantage of the superfast wifi and not having to worry about organising your own bills as they’re on us.

Conveniently located within walking distance of the city’s main universities, iQ Leeds is a short walk from nearby bus routes, meaning you’re not far from all the amazing things to do in Leeds.

During the 2025/26 and 2026/27 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of iQ Leeds. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team is on site and on hand 24/7 to support you, and will keep you updated about the works.
