St Mary's University, Twickenham

Located in the leafy London suburb of Strawberry Hill, St Mary’s is based on a stunning 35-acre campus with beautifully restored neo-Gothic architecture. 95% of their graduates are employed or in further study six months after completing their course. They have an amazing commitment to diversity, having invested £2.6m to help underrepresented students get into and succeed in higher education.

They have a brand-new £6m library, and the 24-hour i-Learn Café gives students round-the-clock study space complete with refreshments. They also have a dedicated mental health adviser and qualified counsellors on hand for emotional support. They have world-class sports facilities which were used by 10 nations in the run up to London 2012, and their gym offers students personal training and fitness classes.

Illustrious alumni include Sir Mo Farah, fellow Olympics Gold medallist, Rebecca Romero, and Radio 1 DJ, Clara Amfo. 22 athletes from St Mary’s competed in the 2016 Summer Olympics and Paralympic Games in Rio, winning six medals for Team GB.

Our Paris Gardens building is round the corner from Waterloo Station, which takes you to St Mary’s in 35 minutes.
