Why choose iQ Century Square in Sheffield?

iQ Century Square offers high-quality student accommodation in Sheffield city centre, with a range of onsite spaces including a cinema, lounge and gym.

Located just a 7-minute walk from the University of Sheffield and a 19-minute walk from Sheffield Hallam University, Century Square offers en suite rooms, studios and shared apartments, along with social and study areas. Besides its great location, there are other perks to living with us at Century Square, like all-inclusive bills and fun iQ events.

During the 2025/26 and 2026/27 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of iQ Century Square. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 6:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team is on-site and on hand 24/7 to support you and will keep you updated about the works.
