iQ’s Student Quarter is gated Salford student accommodation on the River Irwell. The community is perfect for students of the University of Salford, whose main campus is just a 15 minute walk away. With Manchester city centre not far away, either, Student Quarter can also be a good choice for students of the University of Manchester and Manchester Metropolitan University.
Four classes of en suite rooms are available for residents of Student Quarter. The Bronze En Suite is the lowest price room available and features a single bed, private en suite shower room, a study area, and storage for your belongings. The Silver En Suite offers similar features, but with slightly more space and a small double bed. Both room types feature communal kitchen and living areas shared between 3 – 6 people.
The Gold En Suite offers a bedroom with more space than the Bronze and Silver packages. You’ll have a full-sized double bed and comfy seating on top of all the features from the previous rooms. The same goes for the Platinum En Suite, again offering a 2-seater sofa and slightly more private living space than the last. Both these room types have shared kitchen and living areas between 3 – 5 residents.
All rooms at Salford’s Student Quarter include bills, WiFi, and contents insurance within the price of the rent. You’ll be staying in a great location close to both Salford and Manchester city centres. Plus, the accommodation itself has lots of great facilities at your disposal, including laundry facilities, onsite parking, and a variety of communal areas.
Seen the room you love but there’s none left? Don’t give up hope. Sometimes cancellations happen and rooms become available again.
