Situated near Old Street, City provides centrally located student accommodation in London. This building features a range of en suite rooms, studios and apartments, offering the chance to either live solo or share with friends and flatmates.  

All this in one place You will always find a place to work or relax around the building. You will find a laundry room, free WiFi and an outdoor courtyard at the site.  

Where we are City is just a 6-minute walk from City, University of London. Other universities are easily accessible by bus or Tube, with Barbican station around 8 minutes away. Just a short walk away, you can explore districts such as Shoreditch and Hoxton, or visit landmarks like St Paul’s Cathedral and The Barbican.

During the 2024/25 academic year, we will be carrying out building improvement works to the exterior of iQ City. Your comfort during your stay is important to us and we will be doing all we can to minimise disruption. Works will only take place between 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday, with no noisy works during exam times. Our team are on site and on hand 24/7 to support you, and will keep you updated about the works.
