These rooms come with small double bed, lots of storage and study area and share a stylish kitchen and living space. This excellent social atmosphere combines with building perks like a bowling alley, cinema, gym, laundry, karaoke and games room.

We would like future residents to be aware of construction works taking place on Granby Row, which is adjacent to Lambert and Fairfield House. Some level of noise disruption is part of living in a city centre, however we wanted to make sure that you were both aware and prepared for some added noise over the coming year.

Our team is working closely with the contractors to minimise disruption and to ensure works take place at acceptable hours for construction set by the City Council.
