Manchester, Lambert & Fairfield House
These rooms are perfect for three friends sharing with their communal kitchen, bathroom and living space. Team up with your mates or make some new ones.
From £192pw Limited availability
Your bedroom comes with double bed, study area and lots of storage. You and your housemates will be sharing your spacious living area with sofas, bathroom and well-equipped kitchen and you’ll also benefit from the building’s cinema, gym, laundry and karaoke and games room.
We would like future residents to be aware that work has started on a construction project on Granby Row, which is adjacent to Lambert & Fairfield House. Some level of noise disruption is part of living in a city centre, however we wanted to make sure that you were both aware of and prepared for some added noise over the coming year.
Our team is working closely with the contractors to keep disruption to an absolute minimum and ensure noise is restricted to the accepted hours for construction and demolition set by the City Council.

How do I book?
Booking online is quick and easy – it shouldn't take more than 10 minutes.
If you prefer, you can call us (it’s best to call the site you want to book at direct), or visit us at your chosen iQ location. You will need to pay a non-refundable booking fee to secure your booking, which can be paid by debit or credit card.
What do I need to bring?
You can see what’s included in your room on the room details page for your iQ site. Among the things you will need, or may want, to bring are bedding, towels, toiletries, toilet paper, basic kitchen equipment, hangers, and a computer or laptop.
We have compiled a checklist of things you may want to bring - or buy when you arrive.
